I had a terrible experience with STB Markets. Their customer service is virtually non-existent. Anytime I had an issue or query, I was kept on hold for ages before getting a chance to speak to an agent. Furthermore, the agent seemed to lack the necessary expertise to adequately address my concerns. More disappointing was their withdrawal process which I found to be very slow and full of unnecessary steps. The platform itself is also not very user-friendly and contains many bugs. Given these reasons, I would certainly not recommend STB Markets to anyone.
