  • My experience with RubyFinance has been less than satisfactory due to a multitude of reasons. The most significant issue is their lack of transparency. The brokerage fees were not clearly explained and I was slapped with unexpected fees multiple times. The customer service is also much to be desired. My queries were not answered in a timely fashion and rarely provided a comprehensive solution. Furthermore, the user interface of the platform is not intuitive, which made making trades cumbersome and confusing. The educational resources are shallow and lack adequate information for beginners. In a nutshell, there’re a lot of improvements needed before I can recommend RubyFinance.

  • I am extremely dissatisfied with RubyFinance’s work due to their lack of communication, poor investment advice, and unnecessary delays in transactions.

  • My experience with RubyFinance was extremely disappointing. Their customer service is virtually non-existent, with my emailed queries being either ignored or replied to days later. The platform UX is also quite poor, with outdated features and not user-friendly. Most importantly, I suffered from excessive fees. Fees were also not clearly outlined, leading to hidden costs. Their broker service is slow, inefficiency is through the roof and transparency is at a record low. I would not recommend RubyFinance, there are much better alternatives out there.
