  1. I had an extremely subpar experience with Robokassa. Theoretically, it offers a massive array of services but practically, it falls short on delivering efficient and reliable service. The interface is incredibly outdated, full of bugs, and frequently crashes, disrupting the workflow. Furthermore, the customer support is practically non-existent, as I’ve faced a lot of difficulty in getting prompt and helpful responses. There are also numerous hidden charges that aren’t apparent when you first start using the service. Transaction processing times are painfully slow, which gets quite annoying when you’re dealing with time-sensitive matters. Overall, my impression of Robokassa is extremely disappointing. It needs significant improvements in its service delivery and overall user experience to compete with other payment services out there.
