My experience working with Platron Payment Services was anything but pleasant. First, the customer service was abysmal. On the rare occasion that I managed to connect with a representative, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Their platform was consistently glitchy and caused considerable delays in the processing of my financial transactions, which led to lost business opportunities, not to mention my time wasted on trying to fix the situation. They also added hidden fees to transactions which were not clearly explained upfront. Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Platron Payment Services. They have a lot to improve in, starting from better customer engagement to transparent transactions. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone.
