My experience with Parus Asset Management has been far from satisfactory. I found them to be incredibly opaque in their dealings, with a concerning lack of transparency. Information seemed to be withheld, which made it difficult to make well-informed decisions. Despite requesting more information regularly, it seemed like a struggle to have my questions answered clearly. Moreover, their portfolio performance has been relatively poor and does not meet the benchmark specified. The fee structure is also steep and doesn’t justify the poor service provided. It almost seemed like they were more interested in their bottom line than in their clients’ financial growth. Their customer service also left much to be desired, response times were slow and at times non-existent. I deeply regret entrusting them with my investments and will not be using their services in the future.
