My experience with NPBFX has been an absolute nightmare. Aside from the platform being decidedly user-unfriendly and painfully outdated, the customer service is virtually non-existent. Many of my attempts to contact their support team were left unanswered. Not only are their spreads wider than what they advertise, but I’ve also experienced unusual slippage during trading sessions. Processing of withdrawals is slow and they charge hefty fees for simple transactions. Their lack of transparency and unprofessional conduct has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend NPBFX to anyone interested in forex trading.
