  1. Bityard offers a straightforward user interface and solid security features, but its limited choice of assets might not appeal to all traders.

  2. Bityard is a Singapore-based cryptocurrency exchange that offers a variety of digital assets for trading with a user-friendly interface, but their customer service could use some improvement.

  3. My experience with Bityard has not been a favourable one. Their mobile platform is user unfriendly, it constantly crashes and lacks important features. The customer service was extremely lacklustical – I had concerns that went unresolved for days and when they finally did reply, the responses were vague and unhelpful. Moreover, the hidden fees and high trading charges took a big chunk out of my trades. Unfortunately, I found Bityard a broker you should avoid at all costs if you are looking for a seamless and efficient trading experience.

  4. My experience with Bityard has been utterly disappointing and unnerving. The platform is highly complex and not user-friendly. Withdrawing funds has been a constant headache; the process is incredibly slow and laden with hidden fees. Customer service is virtually non-existent as my emails and calls remain unanswered. On top of this, they lack a transparent fee structure and I often found unexpected charges on my account. Their lack of reliability and poor service makes trading more stressful than it needs to be. I am extremely dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend Bityard to anyone!
