  1. I had a tremendous lack of satisfaction dealing with Barclay Stone Brokerage Firm. Ranging from hidden fees to dismal customer service, my experience with them was an absolute disappointment. The firm did not offer personalized investment advising like they promised. The service felt very automated, and it lacked a human touch. My requests and queries were often ignored, and on the rare occasions they weren’t, they were met with sluggish responses. Moreover, the communication regarding fees was anything but clear. I was surprised with hidden charges and costs more often than not. I was hoping for transparency and integrity, but I feel deceived and frustrated instead. I would not recommend Barclay Stone Brokerage Firm to anyone looking for a commendable, honest, and speedy broker service.

  2. I am extremely dissatisfied with Barclay Stone’s work as the level of professionalism and competence displayed was highly disappointing and below my expectations.
